• Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier network. UNISELV does not charge a fee for your use of our WhatsApp communication channel.
• Opt-in/Opt-out: You must explicitly opt-in to receive promotional messages. You may revoke this consent and opt out at any time by sending "STOP" in the WhatsApp chat.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

When interacting with our WhatsApp Business account or website, you agree not to:

• Send spam, abusive, harassing, or threatening messages.
• Transmit any malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use our communication channels for any unlawful purpose.

UNISELV reserves the right to block or terminate communication with any user who violates these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Bangladesh. UNISELV and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
